Return and Exchange Terms:
The online store "Solovei.com.ua" accepts returns and exchanges of quality goods in accordance with the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights."
Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days of receipt by the buyer.
The entire list of quality goods on our website "Solovei.com.ua" is eligible for returns and exchanges.
Goods of Quality:
Goods of quality include all goods that have not been used and that retain their original presentation, consumer properties, original packaging, tags, seals, and any documents issued with the product. Cosmetics and personal hygiene products are not eligible for returns.

To arrange a return, please:

Who pays the shipping costs for returns?
In this case, if you return a quality product, we will not reimburse the costs associated with delivery services, specifically: courier pickup or transportation by a transport company to another city in accordance with the consignment note. If you refuse a quality product, the cost of delivery services is the responsibility of the buyer.
When will the refund be issued?
After our employees receive and inspect the item, the refund will be processed within 3 business days using the payment details. Our employees receive your return packages daily, Monday through Friday.

Once our staff receives and inspects the item you are not satisfied with, a replacement item of your choice will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Our staff receives your exchange shipments daily, Monday through Friday.
What should you do if you discover damage or a missing item upon inspection?
If you discover a missing item upon receiving your shipment at the post office, you must:
1. Fill out a Shortage Report in the presence of a transport company employee and notify us of the Report number and the quantity of damaged goods by emailing us at solovei.market@gmail.com or by calling the number listed in the "Contact Information" section: +380951634496

Who pays for the return/exchange of defective goods?
If a missing item is discovered upon inspection at the post office, we will cover the shipping costs in both directions.
When will my money be refunded or the item sent for exchange?
Once our employees receive and inspect your item, your funds will be refunded to the original payment details within 3 business days, or a replacement item will be sent. Your return shipments are received by our employees daily, Monday through Friday.
When is an exchange or return not possible?
1. If more than 14 days have passed since you received your order.
2. If the product's original appearance, consumer properties, original packaging, or tags have been damaged.

3. If the buyer has lost any components.
