The online store "Solovei.com.ua" accepts returns and exchanges of quality goods in accordance with the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights."
Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days of receipt by the buyer.
All quality goods listed on our website "Solovei.com.ua" are eligible for returns and exchanges.
Goods of Quality
Goods of quality include all goods that have not been used and that retain their original presentation, consumer properties, original packaging, tags, seals, and any documents issued with the product.
Cosmetics and personal hygiene products are not returnable.

Who pays the shipping costs for returns?
If the returned item is of proper quality, we will not reimburse the costs associated with delivery services (pickup by courier or transportation by a transport company to another city according to the consignment note).
If the return of a product is of proper quality, the shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
When will the refund be issued? Once our staff receives and inspects your item, your funds will be refunded within 3 business days using the payment details.

What should I do if I discover a damaged or defective item upon receipt?
If you discover a defective item upon receiving your shipment at the post office, you must:
Finish a Defect Report in the presence of a shipping company employee and notify us of the Report number and the quantity of damaged goods by emailing solovei.market@gmail.com or calling +380 95 163 44 96.

Who pays for the return/exchange of defective goods?
If a defect is discovered upon inspection at the post office, we will cover the shipping costs both ways.

After our staff receives and inspects the item, a refund will be issued within 3 business days, using the payment details provided, or a replacement will be sent.
We receive orders daily, Monday through Friday.
When is an exchange or return not possible?
If more than 14 days have passed since receiving your order.
If the original presentation, consumer properties, original packaging, tags, seals, or documents issued with the item are damaged.
If the buyer has lost any components.
